Returns & Exchanges
Our return policy:
At La Sonson, we want to make sure you have a wonderful shopping experience with us. We will gladly accept return of any eligible full priced item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, store credit or exchange.

Eligible items:
To be eligible for a return, the items must meet all of the following conditions:
- Full priced items can be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit.
- Discounted items are ‘Final Sale’ and cannot be returned and/or exchanged unless deemed faulty.
- Items must be unused, unaltered and in original condition.
- Have all tags still attached, with all accessories and packaging included in the parcel.
Damaged or incorrect items:
If you receive a damaged or an incorrect item, please contact us immediately at hello@lasonson.com.au along with 2-3 photos along with your order number. We will contact you with next steps.
Return shipping:
Return shipping costs including applicable taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer.
Please kindly include your full name, address and order number in the return parcel to avoid delays in processing your return.
We are not responsible in the event of loss, theft or damage of the return parcel.
Returns processing:
We will provide you with return instructions upon receiving your return request. Once we receive the returned items and they meet the returns condition, please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be issued.
Please note that original shipping cost is non-refundable.
