Shipping Policy

We will endeavour to process and dispatch your orders within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). 

Australian orders are shipped with Australia Post.

• Free standard shipping on orders above $120. 
• Free express shipping on orders above $170. 
• Standard shipping (2-8 business days): $4.95.
• Express shipping (1-4 business days): $9.95.

We do not accept any liability for delayed delivery, mis-delivery or non-delivery caused by third party couriers or incorrect data entry at checkout. If you have not received your order within 21 days, please email us for assistance. 

Please note that once orders are handed over to Australia Post, no changes can be made to the orders. So we encourage you to contact our customer care team at hello@lasonson.com.au immediately should you wish to make any changes to your orders.
